With so many Israeli brunch options out there, it's becoming harder and harder to stand out from the crowd, but thats exactly what Reunion is doing out of their unassuming Williamsburg location.  Their menu was a true standout in terms of not only flavors, but with dishes that are certainly Israeli classics, but with a unique spin on them for the New York palette. Take their shakshuka which might have flavors reminiscent of everything you would find in Israel, but it also comes topped with Bacon and cheese.  Not exactly kosher, but certainly delicious!  I really loved the Lahma’ajun as well which is kind of an Israeli pizza!  Grilled Pita is topped with minced lamb, arugula, tahini, feta, fried egg & sumac, for one incredible brunch dish, and certainly something I haven't seen on any more menu in NYC.
