Union Fare opened to much fanfare with their over the top desserts and breakfast pastries, and I'm happy to say that the brunch menu reflects everything that we love about Union and more!  The dish that is getting the most hype is the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich which is a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwich made with their Cinnamon Rolls!  Yes a Cinnamon Roll Sandwich!  Its just as sinful as you would think! Also, don't miss their Silver Dollar Pancakes which are served with cotton candy stacked to the ceiling, which then disintegrates in front of your eyes when the waiter pours syrup all over it table-side!  And don't worry, their famous Croissants are on the menu!
