The Ribbon's brunch blew me away, and is an absolute gem of the Upper West Side! This shouldn't be a  surprise, coming from the Bromberg brothers who have been successfully launching restaurants in New York City for over 20 years. When you think of their restaurants, you immediately think of Fried Chicken, and you will not be disappointed here, as not only does it come as a plate of its own, but also comes in the form of a Hot Chicken and Cheddar Biscuit Pancake dish.  Yes, they have made their fried chicken even more delicious by adding a kick of heat, and they have some how turned a cheddar biscuit into a pancake! Other stand outs include their Fried Green Tomato BLT which has pimento cheese, and their "Brunch Bottle Service" which comes with your choice of either Scharffenberger, or Veuce Clicquot champagnes, and three crafts of freshly made juices; Orange Juice with lemon and grand mariner, Peach Grenadine with mint, Strawberry Basil, and a Honey Pineapple Juice.
