Sundays (and don't worry, every other day) just got a lot better with the all new brunch launched at Brooklyn In Sunday! I was seriously blown away by everything that we ordered which was all beautiful, fun, and most importantly, delicious.  The breakfast sandwich comes on a a house made buttery brioche and piled high with sausage, fluffy eggs, cheddar, a gochujang aioli, and crispy potatoes for one perfect bite of sweet, savory, spicy, and crunchy!  The pancakes may have been the best pancakes I've ever had, both being dense, but not too heavy. Instead of syrup, they come drowned in a hazelnut maple praline sauce, and brown butter.  Not getting those pancakes is a HUGE mistake!  When I think of a Sunday in Brooklyn I think of good friends, good food, and just relaxing before the "Monday Scaries" takes over and thats exactly what the restaurant Sunday In Brooklyn evokes; from the beautiful space, open kitchen, and fantastic food!
