With Pig & Khao Top Chef alum Leah Cohen has created a menu of approachable Thai and Filipino dishes that are not only insanely delicious but perfect for brunch! With every dish you find a perfect balance of just enough acidity, just enough sweetness, and just enough heat, all using flavors from South East Asia.  In particular I really loved their take on the corn beef hash which comes with thai chili and a raw egg, which you have to swirl around table-side to cook.  Also make sure to get a side order of their garlic fried rice, not only will it dilute some of the heat in the dishes, the rice is like crack. There is no way you will be able to stop at just one spoonful.  Also definitely worth checking out is their Bahn Xeo, which is a sizzling crepe stuffed with shrimp, bacon, and bean sprouts.  If you are looking for a truly unique brunch, get to Pig & Khao.
