Leuca is Andrew Carmellini's rustic Southern Italian restaurant which opened up last year in the new William Vale Hotel in Williamsburg, and it is serving one of the best Italian brunches I have had in New York City!  The stand out for sure was their Southern Italian Benedict that comes with Pepperoni, and Pizza Hollandaise, on top of Pane Siciliano, which is a Sesame Seed Sicilian bread made perfect for all that yolk and sauce! Leuca's fantastic Pizzas are on the menu as well, including the Graham Pizza which is perfect for brunch as it has Duck Eggs, Bacon, Tomato, and Grana!
