What I love most about Catch is that they aren't afraid to play with their food.  When you go to Catch, you are going for the entire experience of a Meatpacking restaurant.  You expect it to be loud, lavish, and fun, and their food perfectly exemplifies these feelings, all while being delicious as well. Their brunch menu in particular is full of way over the top dishes, like their Anytime Waffle Tower, which is a giant waffle stack with ice cream sandwiched between every waffle layer!  Or their Cinnamon Roll Pancakes which looks like a giant cinnamon roll, complete with brown sugar cinnamon swirl, and cream cheese frosting. Favorites from the dinner menu are available for brunch as well like their sushi, Lobster Mac and Cheese, and one of the most playful (literally) desserts in New York City, the Hit Me Cake.  Which lets you break into an giant ice cream sandwich with a spoon, only for "liquid Klondike" to come pouring out.
