Breakfast burritos are something that New York City just hasn't seem to have gotten right, until now!  Jordan Andino's 2nd City is serving up the best breakfast burrito in NYC, and what might be the greatest hangover dish ever created, in his Plan B-Rito (yes, everything on the menu has some fun wordplay). The Plan B-Rito is an overstuffed burrito with eggs, longanisa, ham, bacon, cheese, avocado, salsa, and hash browns!  Get there early on the weekends because there is usually a line for these bad boys. Beyond the burrito, every dish is packed with flavor and is a playful spin on Filipino street food!  They are also serving weekly specials, and every dish on the menu has a secret variation that you have to know how to order, to receive.  I'll give one away for you, if you ask for the "Tap That Ube" your Ube Ice cream cone gets turned into an ice cream sandwich with green pandan cake.
